General Return Policy
Our products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, as they are consumable herbal products packed fresh for each order. However, we will consider returns in genuine cases of:
- Damaged or defective products
- Wrong or incorrect items delivered
- Tampered or opened packaging upon arrival
- Quality issues with the product
Return Eligibility
Returns are eligible if:
- Request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product is in its original packaging with all seals intact
- Clear photos of the product and packaging are provided
- Original invoice/order confirmation is available
- Batch number, manufacturing date, and MRP are untampered
Returns are NOT eligible if:
- Request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Product packaging has been opened or used
- Invoice copy is missing
- Batch number, Mfg. date, or MRP are tampered with
- Product is damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Return is requested due to change of mind
How to Request a Return
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us Immediately: Reach out within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone
- Provide Order Details: Share your order number and registered email/phone
- Submit Proof: Send clear photos of:
- The product with visible batch number and MRP
- Original packaging (unopened)
- Any damage or defect
- Share Invoice: Provide a copy of your order confirmation or invoice
Return Process
Once we receive your return request:
- Review (1-2 business days): Our team will review your request and supporting documents
- Approval: If approved, we will provide return instructions
- Return Shipping: You may need to ship the product back to us (shipping costs may apply)
- Inspection: We will inspect the returned product upon receipt
- Resolution (3-5 business days): Refund or replacement will be processed
Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement in the following cases:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong or incorrect item was delivered
- Package was tampered with or opened upon arrival
- Manufacturing defect or quality issue
Replacement Process

- Provide unboxing video or clear photos as proof
- Share order details and invoice

Refund Process
